Abstract: The fictitious domain method with the Lagrange multiplier is discussed and applied to solve a non homogeneous parabolic Dirichlet problem with a conforming finite element of degree one in a regular grid. Finally, error estimate in H1-norm is obtained for fully discrete schemes.

Key words: conforming finite element , fictitious domain, Lagrange multiplier
