    Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

     
    1. Authors and Authors responsibilities
    - Authors are obliged to participate in peer review process.
    - All authors have significantly contributed to the research.
    - All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes.
    - List of references, financial support.
    - Forbidden to publish same research in more than one journal.
     
    2. Peer-review process
    - All submitted manuscripts are subject to strict peer-review process. High quality manuscripts are peer-reviewed by minimum two peers of the same field.
    - Peer-review is defined as obtaining advice on individual manuscripts from reviewers’ expert in the field.
    - Judgments are objective.
    - Reviewers have no conflict of interest.
    - Reviewers would point out relevant published work which is not yet cited.
    - Reviewed articles are treated confidentially.
     
    3.  Articles may be rejected without review if the Editor considers the article obviously not suitable for publication.
     
    4. The reviewers evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
     
     5. The editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.
     
    6. Publication ethics
    - Publishers and editors would take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred.
    - We would not encourage such academic misconduct, or knowingly allow such misconduct to take place.
    - We would deal with allegations appropriately if there has any allegation of research misconduct.
    - The journal should have guidelines for retracting or correcting articles when needed.
    - Publishers and editors should always be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.
     
    7. Copyright and Access
    - Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to sign a 'Journal Publishing Agreement''.

    8. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author’s obligation to p_r_o_m_p_tly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
