    Pollinators and pollen polymorphism of  Wisteria sinensis (Sims) Sweet

    The species of floral visitors and foraging behaviors were investigated by field observation, the morphological characteristics of pollens were also investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The main results were as follows: Common floral visitors of W. sinensis within observing time were species of Xylocopa appendiculata Smith and Apis mellifera ligustica Spinola, which belonged to the order of Hymenoptera. They both had legitimate visits as pollinators of W. sinensis. We also found nectar thieving behavior of Apis mellifera ligustica Spinola in the process of visiting. Three different morphological pollens were observed: prolate with tricolporate, elongated-elliptical in equatorial view and sub-3-lobed-circular in polar view; triangular pyramid with hexcolporate, subtriangular in equatorial view and polar view; and the third was tetracolporate, subtriangular in equatorial view and subrhombus in polar view. The extine ornamentation of pollens described above were all like orange peel.

    The vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to compare the expressions patterns of seven isozymes (SOD,MDH,POD,EST,CAT,ODH and LDH) in both viscera and muscles of Haliotis discus hannai, Haliotis iris and their F1 hybrids,in order to probe how their parents’ genetic affect the expression of the Hybrids’gene in terms of isozymes,and this may provide the molecular basis of the difference among the three strains of abalone.The results shows that there were similar isozyme phenotypes such as ODH in both tissues as well as POD and EST in the muscles of the parents. While there did exist difference in isozyme zymography between the parents, for example MDH, LDH and EST in the viscera.The hybrids were more similar with Haliotis discus hannai, while have larger difference with Haliotis iris, the isozyme zymography of POD, EST, LDH, SOD and MDH in the muscles of F1 hybrids and mother abalone were all the same. Thus, the gene expression of isozymes in the first generation hybrids mainly succeed their mothers.

    200 yeast strains were isolated from chardonnay grape skin and vineyard soil of Chateau junding in Penglai Wine Region. 11 yeast strains with excellent performance for wine were selected, one of them (PJ16) was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, respectively based on the analysis of 26SrDNA D1/D2 sequence combination with morphological observation and biochemical and physiological characteristics.Through detection of tolerance and fermentation test, the results showed that the strain PJ16 is suited for brewing grape wine. And the concentrations of its aroma components produced by the strain PJ16, including hexyl alcohol, 1-nonyl alcohol, 2-nonyl alcohol, nonyl aldehyde, benzaldehyde, ethyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, isoamyl acid ethyl ester, ethyl lactate, acetophenone, benzothiazole and 2-acetyl furan, 2-methyl tetrahydrothiophene-3-ketone and beta turkic ketone, were much higher than those of the control group, suggesting that the strain PJ16 had excellent characteristics for wine-making.

    Based on the first-principles calculations, the magnetic properties of defects in 3C-SiC were studied. Calculations reveal that the single charged silicon vacancy and the double charged silicon vacancy can respectively induce magnetic moments of 3μB and 2μB; while the neutral one cannot lead to the spontaneous spin polarization. The magnetic coupling between the double charged silicon vacancies is ferromagnetic even when the defect separation is as long as 0.8616nm, which can be explained by the extended tails of defect wave functions; whereas, the single charged silicon vacancies couple antiferromagnetically, which cannot contribute to the magnetism.

     In order to obtain the shear properties of the fault material, five irregular particle units generated by the discrete element method were used to simulate the direct shear process of the fault under natural conditions. By using the experimental data as the simulation parameters, the influences of shear stress of fault were studied with different normal stress, the friction coefficient, particle shape and composition of the irregular particles. The results show that the shear stress increases as the increasing of normal stress, the friction coefficient and the amount of the irregular particles. Furthermore, the changes of porosity under different normal stress, particle shapes or compositions show the changes of shear stress.

    The rotation process of ball valve was simulated by using the sliding grid technology of Fluent software, and the water hammer pressure caused by the suddenly closed of the ball valve in the pipeline was calculated. In the calculation, the standard turbulent model was used with considering the compressibility of water. The rotational speed of ball valve was controlled by UDF. The influence of valve’s closure way and time on water hammer pressure were analyzed. Results show that when the valve is closed at a constant speed, the increase of closing time can reduce the water hammer pressure, and the effect is evident before 0.3s; when the valve closing time is fixed, the deceleration way can effectively reduce the water hammer pressure.

     For purpose of acquiring the pose and position information of two cameras from essential matrix decomposition efficiently, a novel analytical essential matrix decomposition method is proposed. Firstly, by taking essential matrix’s rank 2 property into account, the position information of the two cameras corresponding to two views respectively is acquired. Secondly, the pose information is obtained through solving rotation matrix equations. Finally, in order to distinguish the unique solution that satisfies the reference-point visibility constraint quickly, the 3D point’s imaging depths are obtained directly. The experimental results show that, the proposed method not only avoids the time consuming singular value decomposition operation, but also acquires four analytical solutions that have intuitive and explicit geometric meanings, meanwhile because of the avoidance of the scene structure’s 3D reconstruction, the process of unique solution determination is simplified greatly.

     A variable structure control based on the states of observer was proposed for a class of uncertain singular time-delay systems with mismatched unstructured uncertainties. By using the equivalent control approach, the sliding mode dynamics was given. The sufficient condition was introduced such that the sliding mode dynamics is regular, impulsefree, and asymptotically stable. The sliding surface and the controller’s parameterization was obtained by sloving matrix inequlities via cone complementary linearizable iterative algorithm. The numerical simulation provides evidence for its effectiveness and efficiency.

    This paper studies the asymptotic behavior of a stochastic Chemostat model with ratio-dependent functional response in which the dilution rate was influenced by white noise. The long time behavior of the model is studied. There exists a unique positive solution by stochastic comparison theorem. Using Lyapunov function, we show the washout equilibrium is stochastically asymptotically stable in the large. Furthermore, we show how the solution spirals around the positive equilibrium of deterministic system.

    The negatively associated(NA) sequence of random variables is a weak dependent sequence. The BerryEssen bound for the sequence of negatively associated random variables was discussed.     A local representation theorem of reflected backward stochastic differential equations whose coefficient is continuous and satisfies linear increasing condition was established under some suitable conditions. By this representation theorem, a local converse comparison theorem of this kind of  BSDEs was obtained.
