帕米尔高原玛咖中绿原酸及其他营养成分分析

Analysis of chlorogenic acid and other nutritional #br# components in Pamir Maca

摘要: 药食两用植物玛咖是全球瞩目的保健食品,中国帕米尔高原是玛咖的主产区之一。采用国家标准方法测定了帕米尔产玛咖中常见营养成分含量,并采用高效液相色谱建立了玛咖中活性物质绿原酸的含量分析方法。结果表明:帕米尔玛咖所含营养成分的种类与秘鲁玛咖类似,其中对人体有益的蛋白质、粗纤维、维生素C、磷等成分的含量较高,脂肪含量低;所建立液相色谱法分析玛咖中绿原酸含量实验结果的稳定性和重复性良好。表明帕米尔玛咖营养丰富,有巨大的引种和开发利用前景。

Abstract: Maca, a kind of medical and edible plant, is a healthcare food that has caught the attention of the world, and Maca is rich in China Pamirs. This paper determined the content of common nutrients in Pamir Maca using national standard method,and established an analytical method of chlorogenic acid as an active matter using HPLC. Results showed that the varieties of nutrient matters in Pamir Maca was the same as that in Peruvian, and phytochemicals like protein, crude fiber, vitamin C and phosphurus were rich in the lowfat Maca sample. In addition, a analytical method of chlorogenic acid in Pamir Mata using HPLC was establiched with good stability and reproducibility. So Pamir Maca possesses great plantation, development and utilization potential because of its abundant nutrients.
