摘要: 以娜塔栎、沼生栎、舒玛栎、双色栎4种栎树的休眠枝为试材,分别在 0、-5、-10、-15、-20、-25、-30、-35 ℃下低温胁迫处理后,测定其枝皮的电导率、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白、MDA含量,探讨其生理生化指标的变化及抗寒性。结果表明,随温度的降低,4栎树植物的电导率曲线呈现典型的S型,而生理指标均呈升高后降低的趋势。通过拟合Logistic方程得出4种植物的半致死温度(LT50)并确定了4种栎树的抗寒性强弱:沼生栎(-28.42 ℃)>娜塔栎(-25.11 ℃)>双色栎(-24.78 ℃)>舒玛栎(-22.42 ℃)。
