摘要：

考虑一个具有优先权和可选择服务的可修MX11,MX22／G(M／M)／1排队系统。在此系统中有2类顾客:一种是具有优先权的,另一种是没有优先权的。2类顾客都是成批到达,服务台可为顾客提供2种服务,每个顾客在接受服务台提供的第一种服务后,要么以概率r继续接受第二种可选择的服务,要么以概率1-r离开服务台,通过补充变量法得到系统的队长和可靠性指标。

Abstract:

A repairable priority MX11,MX22／G(M／M)／1 queuing system with optional service was studied. There are two kinds of customers, in which one must be served first. Both of these two kind customers arrived in bulk and the server can provide two kinds service. After the first phase service is finished, the customers will receive the second service with probability r or leave the system with probability 1-r. The length and some reliability indexes were obtained by the method of supplementary variable.
