摘要: 突发事件网络舆情可在第一时间反应突发事件的演变过程可为应急管理及时提供事态进展。通过分析目前突发事件网络舆情常见信息来源的种类和结构,研究了不同舆情源之间的异构性,并探讨了使用舆情源专用API和网络爬虫采集网络舆情的方法。在此基础上,协同RESTful Web服务和知识库,构建了突发事件网络舆情实时追踪平台,并针对其舆情库的构建和访问、舆情数据的实时采集以及舆情识别3个关键问题进行了研究,最终实现从互联网中自动识别并实时追踪突发事件的目标。
