基于Football的动态组合评价方法

Dynamic combination evaluation method based on Footbal

摘要: 针对多种动态评价方法评价结论非一致性问题,以相容动态评价方法集为基础对不同动态评价方法的排序结果进行组合,提出了基于Football的动态组合评价方法;该方法将通过相容动态方法集筛选的评价方法的评价结果进行“优”与“劣”比较计分,根据总得分进行排序得出最终的评价结论;通过实例验证了该方法在实际应用中的有效性。

Abstract: A dynamic combination evaluation method was proposed in order to get rid of the inconsistency among evaluation results from different dynamic evaluation methods. The Football dynamic combination evaluation method was put forward. The “excellent” and “inferior” scores were scored by the results of the evaluation methods of the compatible dynamic method. According to the total score to sort out the final evaluation conclusion, the conclusion compared with the comprehensive evaluation method has a good consistency. As an instance, the evaluation shows that the findings of this work are practically effective.
