Abstract:
A repairable priority MX11,MX22／G(M／M)／1 queuing system with optional service was studied. There are two kinds of customers, in which one must be served first. Both of these two kind customers arrived in bulk and the server can provide two kinds service. After the first phase service is finished, the customers will receive the second service with probability r or leave the system with probability 1-r. The length and some reliability indexes were obtained by the method of supplementary variable.
