In order to study the impacts of the government subsidy mode and subsidy level, a closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model considering government subsidy under outsourcing remanufacturing was established based on non-cooperative game theory. It analyzes the importance of government subsidies, the choice of government subsidy mode and subsidy level, and provides a scientific evidence for the government to formulate the subsidy strategy. The results show that the governments subsidy strategy will stimulate the consumption, promote the realization of outsourcing remanufacturing, and achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and saving resources. When the recovery rate of the product is low, the government should implement the recovery subsidy and increase the subsidy level, so as to realize the triple goals of resources, environment and outsourcing remanufacturing. When the recovery rate of the product is high, the government should implement the remanufacturing subsidy from the perspective of resources and environment, and it should implement the recovery subsidy to control and reduce the subsidy level from the perspective of outsourcing remanufacturing.
