外包再制造下考虑政府补贴的闭环供应链网络均衡

Closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium considering government subsidy under outsourcing remanufacturing

摘要: 为研究政府补贴模式及补贴水平对再制造决策影响,基于非合作博弈理论建立了外包再制造下考虑政府补贴的闭环供应链网络均衡模型,分析政府补贴的重要性及政府补贴模式和补贴水平的选择,为政府制定补贴策略提供科学依据。结果表明:政府实施补贴策略会刺激消费,促进外包再制造的实现,并达到保护环境、节约资源的目的;在产品回收率低时,政府应实施回收补贴,提高补贴水平,更好地实现资源、环境和实现外包再制造的三重目标;在产品回收率较高时,从资源、环境出发,政府应实施再制造补贴,从外包再制造实现出发,政府应实施回收补贴,控制并降低补贴水平。

Abstract: In order to study the impacts of the government subsidy mode and subsidy level, a closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model considering government subsidy under outsourcing remanufacturing was established based on non-cooperative game theory. It analyzes the importance of government subsidies, the choice of government subsidy mode and subsidy level, and provides a scientific evidence for the government to formulate the subsidy strategy. The results show that the governments subsidy strategy will stimulate the consumption, promote the realization of outsourcing remanufacturing, and achieve the purpose of protecting the environment and saving resources. When the recovery rate of the product is low, the government should implement the recovery subsidy and increase the subsidy level, so as to realize the triple goals of resources, environment and outsourcing remanufacturing. When the recovery rate of the product is high, the government should implement the remanufacturing subsidy from the perspective of resources and environment, and it should implement the recovery subsidy to control and reduce the subsidy level from the perspective of outsourcing remanufacturing.
