摘要: 首先,从基本信息、奖励表彰、信誉考评及行政处罚四方面构建交通运输企业综合信用评价的指标体系;其次,运用博弈论组合赋权法得到各指标权重,构建博弈论组合赋权-TOPSIS法的企业综合信用评价模型;最后,以山东省交通运输企业的数据进行实验分析,得到信用评价结果。研究表明:各一级指标的权重由大到小的排序为行政处罚、奖励表彰、信誉考评、基本信息,表明有关部门要重点考核企业的行政处罚指标;信用评价结果与实际相符,验证了评价模型的合理性。
