摘要: 为应对碳减排政策或降低生产成本,制造商在生产低值产品阶段有两种绿色生产模式可供选择:仅选择再制造模式或进一步增加碳减排技术投入。基于此,构建一个由单个制造商、零售商和第三方回收商以及消费者组成的闭环供应链,制造商是领导者,选择绿色生产模式,消费者对碳减排存在偏好,研究碳税政策下制造商的决策和模式选择。分别研究碳配额交易政策下和考虑消费者对于再制造产品存在偏好情景下制造商的决策和模式选择。结果显示:(1)在同一种碳减排政策下,只要碳减排技术投资存在收益,制造商就会选择碳减排模式;(2)若再制造模式在碳配额交易政策下,而碳减排模式在碳税政策下并且碳减排成本系数较大,制造商会选择再制造模式。此外,在碳税政策下,当消费者对于再制造产品也存在偏好并且较大时,制造商选择再制造模式;否则,制造商选择碳减排模式。
