Abstract:

The impossible differential property of an added constant on modulo 2ⁿ operation Y=X+Kmod 2ⁿ is studied. The characters of the structure and the lower bound of numbers of the input difference ΔX, the output difference ΔY and the constant K are given for the first time as the differential probability is to be 0.
