X70钢在含SO2弱酸性溶液中的防腐研究

摘要: 用静态失重法结合扫描电镜研究了以Zn为牺牲阳极的阴极保护法对X70钢在含SO2弱酸性溶液中的防腐作用,以及 6甲基2巯基4羟基嘧啶(HMMP)对X70钢在上述体系中的缓蚀作用.结果表明:以Zn作为牺牲阳极对含SO2酸性溶液中的X70钢具有理想的防腐效果;在不同温度下,HMMP均对X70钢有明显的缓蚀作用,最佳缓蚀质量浓度为50?mg•L-1.

Abstract: Effectiveness of cathodic protection with Zn as sacrifice anode on X70 steel in weak acidic SO2 solution was studied by means of static weight loss method and scanning electron microscope. In addition, inhibitive effect of 4hydroxy2mercapto6methylprimidine (HMMP) on the corrosion of X70 steel in the above system was also investigated. The corrosion protection effectiveness of Zn as sacrifice anode on X70 steel in weak acidic SO2 solution is satisfactory. HMMP concentration has obvious influence on its inhibitive action to X70 steel at different temperatures.The optimize inhibitor mass concentration is 50?mg•L-1.
