摘要: 采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了枇杷花茶中微量元素钙、铁、锰、镁、锌、镍和铜的含量,并对枇杷花茶进行不同浸泡时间和不同浸泡次数微量元素溶出研究。结果表明,枇杷花茶中微量元素丰富,含量顺序为:钙>铁>锰>镁>锌>镍>铜。溶出特性研究表明,钙和镁最易溶出,而铁和锰较不容易溶出,微量元素的溶出量与浸泡时间呈现良好对数关系,单泡微量元素的溶出量与冲泡次数呈负指数关系。研究表明,采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枇杷花茶中钙、铁等元素含量方法简便、准确、灵敏,适合常规分析;枇杷花茶最佳饮用条件为浸泡时间30 min,浸泡次数为3次。
