枇杷花茶中微量元素的溶出特性研究

Study on extracting characteristics of trace element in loquat scented tea

摘要: 采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了枇杷花茶中微量元素钙、铁、锰、镁、锌、镍和铜的含量,并对枇杷花茶进行不同浸泡时间和不同浸泡次数微量元素溶出研究。结果表明,枇杷花茶中微量元素丰富,含量顺序为:钙>铁>锰>镁>锌>镍>铜。溶出特性研究表明,钙和镁最易溶出,而铁和锰较不容易溶出,微量元素的溶出量与浸泡时间呈现良好对数关系,单泡微量元素的溶出量与冲泡次数呈负指数关系。研究表明,采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枇杷花茶中钙、铁等元素含量方法简便、准确、灵敏,适合常规分析;枇杷花茶最佳饮用条件为浸泡时间30 min,浸泡次数为3次。

Abstract: The contents of Ca,Fe,Mn, Mg,Zn,Cu, and Ni in loquat scented tea were determined by microwave slaking and flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) in this study. And the extracting characteristic of these trace elements in different soaking time and times were analyzed. The results show that the contents of trace element in descending order Ca>Fe>Mn>Mg>Zn>Ni>Cu, compared with Mn and Fe, the Ca and Mg can be extracted easily from loquat scented tea. The infusing amount of trace elements in different soaking time could be described with logarithmic relation and times could be described with negative exponential relation. The method of FAAS to determine the contents of Ca, Fe etal is simple, accuracy and sensitive, and suitable for routine analysis. The optimum conditions of loquat scented tea for soaking were obtained with soaking time 30 min and soaking for 3 times.
