摘要: 运用PCR技术对皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai)、黑足鲍(H.iris)和黑唇鲍(H.rubra)3种鲍16S rRNA基因扩增,纯化后测序。结果表明:皱纹盘鲍、黑足鲍和黑唇鲍序列长度分别为544、546、550 bp,序列AT含量分别为58.1%、56.1%和55.9%,三者序列同源性高达94.18%,碱基变异位点分别集中在9~34 bp、248~295 bp、326~375 bp。所得结果与Genebank中22种鲍相应序列进行对比分析,25种鲍遗传距离距离在0.00~0.14之间;用NJ和ML法绘制系统发育树分析其亲缘关系,结果表明鲍科系统发育呈现出一定的区域性,并且染色体数目相同的物种容易聚为一支。
