摘要: 构建了碳税和碳限额政策下损失厌恶零售商的双采购资源模型。求解需求不确定情况下零售商的最优订购决策,进而得到期望效用和碳排放。将两政策下的最优决策分别与无碳约束情形进行比较。结果表明:两种碳政策在有效管理碳排放的同时会降低零售商的期望效用;与碳税政策相比,碳限额政策在一定条件下可达到高效用利润与低碳排放的效果。对比单采购与双采购资源两种模式,得到各自效用利润与碳排放量的优势范围。最后,通过数值实验分别描述碳税、碳配额和零售商损失厌恶系数对最优决策的影响。
