Flatness properties of diagonal acts

Abstract: Let S be a monoid. Some equivalent descriptions of diagonal acts D(S) satisfying Conditions(PWP),(P'),(PE)and(GP)are given. Using GP-flat diagonal acts, some structural characterizations of monoids are characterized. Further, some known results are generalized.
