To explore the role of chromokinesin KIF4A regulating migration of gastric cancer cells and then provide a potential therapeutic targets for clinical treatment of gastric cancer. Gastric cancer cell lines were constructed with either stably lower-expression or stably over-expression of KIF4A using G418 selection. Then we verified these cell lines using Western Bolt and immunofluorescent staining. These cells' migration abilities were assayed with wound healing and Transwell experiments. KIF4A stably lower-expression (SGC-shKIF4A) or overexpression cell lines (SGC-KIF4A) were successfully constructed and cell migration of SGC-shKIF4A cells were faster than that of SGC-KIF4A cell lines. Chromokinesin KIF4A inhibits the ability of gastric cancer cell movement laying a foundation for studies of KIF4A's roles in gastric cancer metastasis.

The human proinsulin (PI) gene sequence was optimized using the Escherichia coli preferred codons. The reformed PI gene was amplified, the fused expression vector (TrxA-PI) was constructed and transformed into three E.coli expression strains BL21(DE3),TransB(DE3) and Rosetta-gami(DE3). SDS-PAGE analysis showed that the expression level of the fused protein was the highest in Rosetta-gami (DE3) strain, which was about 10 times higher than in BL21(DE3) strain. The production of soluble fused protein was 3.5 mg/mL after optimization of the fermentation conditions. The purified recombinant PI was obtained after enterokinase digestion and HisTrap FF column purification, and its antigen activity was measured using Western-blot analysis.

Expressions of Thioredoxin (Trx) gene were analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR method in the body wall, intestine, respiratory tree, tentacles and coelomocyte of sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus) injected with Vibrio splendidus and V.anguillarum for 0 h, 3 h, 6 h, 9 h, 12 h, 24 h to explore the role of Thioredoxin protein in the innate immunity of sea cucumber. The Trx mRNA were identified by using quantitative real-time PCR in different tissues of sea cucumbers including the body wall, intestine, respiratory tree, tentacles and coelomocyte. Expression patterns of Trx in different tissues were similar in response to Vibrio splendidus, which presented a increase-discrease-increase model. Moreover, expressions of Trx after V.anguillarum challeng in ditected tissues seemed different in reaction time and increased speed. These results suggested that expression of Trx presented constitutive and inducible patterns in all the detected tissues, and it was tissue-specific and pathogen-specific expression in the sea cucumber. Thus, Trx may play a very important role in resisting exogenous bacteria and balancing the cellular redox state.

Decomposition experiment of two species of submerged plants collected from Daming Lake under different temperatures was performed under laboratory simulated conditions for 60 days. The objective of this research was to study the decomposition processes and nutrient dynamics of the two submerged plants. The results indicated that the decomposition rates of both submerged plants were very fast. The decomposition process showed that the decomposition rates were faster in early stage than in later stage for two submerged plants. And the decomposition rate of Potamogeton crispus was greater than that of Potamogeon pectinatus. The decomposition efficiency and nutrient dynamics in residues of two submerged plants under different decomposition stages were mainly influenced by the chemical compositions of two submerged plants. The decomposition process was affected by water temperature. The higher temperature significantly accelerated the decomposition rate in the early stage for two submerged plants, but did not increase the final decomposition efficiency for two submerged plants.

The stability of carbon dioxide (CO2) water-based foam stablized by surfactants was detected. It was found that sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) have apparently better stabilization capacity for the CO2 foam. The molecular array behavior of CO2 and surfactant molecules in foam films was investigated by molecular dynamics simulation. A kind of bipolar-headed surfactant alkyl polyoxyethylene sulfate (AES) having the same alkyl chain and negative charged head group with SDS was investigated as a comparison system, to find out how the microcharacter and array behavior of molecules in the foam films determined by molecular interaction and CO2 effect the foam stability. It was found that the carbon dioxide could not only distribute in the tail chains of surfactant molecules in gas/water interface, but also have interactions with water molecules distributed near the head groups of surfactants, which resulted in two effects of aspect:one is the increase of the chance that carbon dioxide molecules penetrating through the foam film, which made the carbon dioxide foam instability, and the other is the increase of the hydrophobicity of surfactants, which induced the variation of the array behavior of surfactants. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) was used to detect the gas permeability of the foam film. The experimental results showed that the tail chains of SDS arranged closely and the amount of CO2 penetrating through the foam film was little, which was in favor of the nice foam stability. The experimental results agreed very well with the molecular simulation results.

Based on the lattice basis delegation in fixed dimension and bonsai trees, a scheme of identity-based proxy ring signature on the lattice in the standar dmodel without a trusted center was proposed. The security of the scheme was based on the difficulty of small integer solution(SIS) problems on lattice, which realized full anonymity for the proxy signers and the strong existential unforgeability under chosen message attacks in the standard model. Compared with the existing scheme of identity-based proxy ring signature on lattice, our new scheme enjoys stronger security and higher efficiency.

To overcome the invalidation problem due to single third-party attestation failures in cloud computing environments, we proposed a remote attestation mechanism based on multiple third-party by extending single third-party to third-party parties verifier cluster. The mechanism can ensure that sound attestation results is provided to the requester under the circumstance that part of the verifiers are invalid or attacked. In particular, considering multiple third-party collusion attack, we presented third-party filtering algorithms and credibility weight strategy to resist collusion attack, which minimizes ultimate assertion failures as a result of malicious innocence allegations simultaneously. Experimental results show that this mechanism, compared to the single verifier, is more reliable and better resisting collusion attack in practical applications.

Three forgery attack algorithms on the existing certificateless aggregate signature scheme using the intractability of computational Diffie-Hellman problem were presented. It was found that the "malicious-but-passive" or the "honest-but-curious" key generation center could forge a valid aggregate signature on any message on behalf of any user. The scheme also can not resist collusion attack by dishonest users. The reasons of insecurity of the original scheme were analyzed. By means of adding the user's public key as an input parameter in the stage of partial private key generation, and binding the partial private key and secret value to different Hash functions respectively in the stage of signature generation, an improved scheme without secure channel and bilinear pairing was proposed. The security of the improved scheme can be reduced to the more general discrete logarithm problem.

The hypercycle access structures with three hyperedges is divided into two kinds:one kind is that any hyperedge has no its own independent point set, another kind is that there is at least one hyperedge which has its own independent point set. By using Shamir-threshold scheme, an ideal secret sharing scheme is constructed, and it is proved that the optimal information rate of the first kind of hypercycle access structures are equal to 1; Using information theory and λ-decomposition method, it is shown that the optimal information rate of the second kind of hypercycle access structures are equal to 2/3. Eighty-six hypercycle access structures with three hyperedges on six and seven participants, in which all of each other are not isomorphic, and their optimal information rates are calculated.

Product reviews are subjective comments submitted by customers. Nowadays, product reviews are in the form of Micro-blog text which is typically very short but with varied structures. We proposed a novel sentiment classification method for product reviews from Micro-blog based on cascaded Conditional Random Field(CRF). First, review sentences were divided into a number of clauses based on the theory of clausal pivot. Then, features of the Chinese clause sequences were exploited to train a coarse-grained CRF sentiment classification model. Meanwhile, features of the Chinese character sequences within clauses were exploited to train a fine-grained CRF sentiment classification model. The experimental evaluation shows that the proposed method is better than the state-of-the-art ones.

Temporal recognition is a key subject in natural language processing community. The topic-related temporal information reflects the topic feature of topic events on temporal dimensionality. Most temporal recognition for events was sentence-oriented or phrase-oriented and employed static time-value machine. A temporal recogtion model for topic events was proposed in this paper. Temporal expressions were normalized with reference time dynamic-choosing mechanism in this model. Combining event extraction and shallow semantic parsing, semantic roles were mapped to temporal expressions. Document-oriented temporal recognition was implemented using sentence-oriented or phrase-oriented temporal recognition, consequently, temporal recognition for topic event segments was realized. Results show that performances of temporal recognition for topic event segments are improved by 9.6%.

Based on the review of service properties for emergencies such as an early order in advance, a short implement time, and lower residual value, an optional contract model of service supply chain for emergencies was presented by introducing optional contracts in the traditional service supply chain for emergencies. First, an optimized order strategy of the supply chain integrator under certain optional contracts was derived by analysis of different interests of the integrator and suppliers. Second, a coordination mechanism of service supply chain for emergencies was suggested on parameters of optional contracts, and the profits of general logistics service supply chain were optimized, which reveals that the integrated decision was much better the individual decision in an optional contract supply chain. Third, it was discussed that the changing principle of demand and option order cause by variation of supplies' price and cost under emergencies. Final, a case study was applied to testify that the optimal order quantity will increase with the increase of probability of emergent events, and it will help make more precise decision when integrator can predict information about emergent events.

The strong Allee effect is introduced into the prisoner's dilemma game of two-species to establish the prisoner's dilemma game with strong Allee effect. Numerical simulation is used to investigate the game of two-species without Allee effect and with Allee effect. The results show that, Allee effect significantly affects the relationship of cooperation and deception. The defection population will be extinction under the Allee effect, and extinct more and more earlier while the Allee effect is more and more stronger. The influence of Allee effect is not large on the cooperation population when the death rate of cooperation population is relatively lesser. However, the species will be extinction when the Allee effect of cooperation population is increased. The Allee effect will also lead the two-species to extinct, and the defection population is extinction before the cooperation population. Through the analysis of simulation diagram, two-species can achieve coexistence with impulsive increasing the birth rate of species. The results have important theoretical guidance to protect the species diversity and build the nature reserve.

Using nonlinear state feedback control, a new four-dimensional smooth autonomous hyperchaotic system was constructed with large positive Lyapunov exponent. This system had larger four-wing hyperchaotic region. The stability of equilibria was discussed. The dynamic behaviors of this system were analysed through Lyapunov exponents, bifurcation diagrams and Poincaré sections. The four-wing chaotic attractor and hyperchaotic attractors were displayed by phase portraits. With various parameters, this system still underwent quasi-periodic orbits and periodic orbits. An electronic circuit is given to implement the typical hyperchaotic attractor.

The strategy consensus of networked evolutionary games was considered. According to the strategy updating rule, the profile of the networked evolutionary game was expressed as a k-valued logical dynamic system by using the semi-tensor product of matrices, and this system was used to analyze the dynamic behaviors of it. Finally, the strategy consensus of the networked evolutionary game was obtained, which provides theory basis for continued to explore the property of networked evolutionary games.

A class of random walks on half-line in a random environment with singular jumps were introduced, which promoted a case of random walks on half-line in a random environment with nearest-neighbor or bounded jumps. First of all, several sufficient and necessary conditions that recurrence and transience criteria of states were obtained by using suitable inequality and recurrence and transience criteria of Markov chains when the environment was fixed. Furthermore several criteria about positive recurrence and null recurrence of states were discussed assuming that the state was recurrent. At last assuming the environment is a sequences of random variables, the recurrence and transience criteria and criteria of positive recurrence and null recurrence were obtained by using the limit theory of random variables. These conclusions are the promotion of some results of other papers.

Empirical likelihood inferences for the parameter component in varying coefficient partially linear errors-in-variables models with longitudinal data and missing responses were investigated. A corrected-attenuation block empirical likelihood procedure was used to estimate the unknown parameter vector, and a corrected-attenuation block empirical log-likelihood ratio statistic was suggested and its asymptotic distribution was obtained. Simulation results indicate that our proposed method performs better than the method based on normal approximations in terms of relatively higher coverage probabilities and smaller confidence regions.
