    Information integration and network-enable have become the main characteristics of the next generation air traffic management system. In order to guarantee the real-time and precise tracking of global flights, this paper designs the integrated space-air-ground network architecture of global flight tracking based on information integration and sharing, studies the key technology of integrated aeronautical network-enabled information assurance system based on networked authentication, realizes the integrated, interoperable, reliable and efficient air traffic management by using collaborative decision marking(CDM)that supported by system wide information management(SWIM), provides safe, reliable, efficient, and fast operational services, and achieves the goal of global flight tracking based on the integrated space-air-ground network.

    The purpose of this paper is to realize fast feature selection through studying the measure metric between the features and the calculation method of correlation between class variable and selected feature subset. A novel information loss metric based on extended entropy was proposed and used to measure the correlation between features. For avoiding calculating complicated combination mutual information, a novel feature selection method based on information loss was proposed. The method assures that the selected feature can increase the most information of the selected feature set. At last, the proposed method was used to analyze 3 kinds of practical classification dataset downloaded from UCI public dataset. Feature selection results are tested with Support Vector Machine and the results were compared with some other feature selection methods. Comparison results show that the proposed method in this paper is more efficient than others.

    At present, there are many studies on the relationship between Weibo sentiment and financial forecast. Most forecasting studies concern excessively on text mining techniques, such as pattern recognition, semantic or sentiment analysis, but neglect the procedure of moods dissemination. We provide an integrated framework, including the semantic mining, information transmission and propagating factors analysis, to predict stock prices more accurately. First, we select several factors in the dissemination process, such as emotional absorption of forwarding, influence of content and poster, release time, etc. to optimize the fitting effect of original model. Second, we classify users into two categories, verified or unverified users. And we also take the count of forwarding into account, checking its effect on stock prices fluctuation. Third, we compare the fitting effect of prediction models for different periods of the stock curve. Given a certain keyword related to financial market, we collected over 500,000 Micro-blogs and their user information from Weibo. Experiments demonstrate that our proposed integrated framework outperformed the simple neural network method. We observe that user category and the count of forwarding differ on the lag phase of influence. And more, we found that the model fitting effect were the best in the rising periods of stock prices curves, the second place in the declining and the worst in the fluctuating.

    The task of knowledge base cumulative citation recommendation was mainly decomposed into three basic key problems: query expansion based on an entity name in knowledge base, feature extraction for documents and entities.We proposed a method that using the combination of the semantic dictionary(DBpedia)and the word vector(word embedding)for query expansion, and using LDA and ESA algorithms for feature extraction. Finally classify documents based on linear Logistic Regresion combined with unlinear random forest. The F1 value of this system operated on TREC KBA2014 promoted 14.7% compared to the baseline, which indicated that the method raised by the study is good at dealing with question of citation recommendation.

    Text opinion retrieval aims at finding relevant and opinionate documents according to a users query. User queries are usually too short to describe the information need accurately. Knowledge Graph is a structured semantic knowledge base, which the information of knowledge graph can help us to describe the information need. In this paper, we propose a text opinion retrieval method based on knowledge graph. Firstly, we get the candidate of query expansion terms by knowledge graph, and calculate four kinds of features of each candidate named term distributions, co-occurrence frequency, proximity and collection frequency. Then, we choose the expansion terms by SVM classifier with the features. Finally, we expand the generative opinion retrieval model using the expansion terms to get the opinion retrieval result. Experimental results on Sina Microblog and Twitter datasets show that our proposed method obtains significant improvements in terms of MAP and NDCG over the baseline approaches.

    It is very important to discover closely-connected interactive communities, as well as mining their evolution patterns, by analyzing the content information, to benefit network marketing, content recommendation and other online applications. To the best of our knowledge, most of the hybrid models based on the content and link analysis failed to integrate the timestamp information into a unified model, and thus failed to use the temporal information as well. In this paper, we propose a new community discovery model, COT(community over time), based on the Bayesian graphical model, which can integrate textual content, topology structure and temporal information. Experimental evaluation on a real dataset from the SinaWeibo was performed, and the result shows that our model has obvious effect for online social networks and obtains better interpretability.

    In transductive support vector machine, sample labeling error will result in error propagation in the iterative process. It affects the accuracy of sample labeling in the next iteration and makes mistakes constantly being accumulated. Eventually leading to classification hyperplane offset. Under imbalanced dataset, there is higher classification error rate of traditional SVM that causes the labeling error rate in each iterative for TSVM. Therefore, the algorithm of TSVM for imbalanced dataset is proposed in this paper. We dynamic calculates the penalty factor of every class according to the relationship of sample density of every class to improve the accuracy of labeling sample in each iterative. The algorithm inherits its rules of progressive labeling and dynamic adjusting, and reduces the offset of the classification hyperplane. Finally, experiment results with KDD CUP99 dataset show the algorithm can improve the classification performance at imbalanced dataset, especially for the minority class samples.

    In order to comprehensively measuring software trustworthiness, a metrics model was established based on evidence with different software requirements of customers. Software trustworthiness metrics was divided into three stages which were defined refers to system assurance in this model, and every stage had its corresponding software trusted goal. Then, through trusted architecture analysis, this model gathered evidences and arguments for a trusted goal. Finally, with the collected information integrated, software trusted case was generated by goal-structuring notation(GSN). Whether the goal was fully proved by the cases is treated as a standard to measure the trustworthiness of the software.

    Isolation and characterization of collagen from Haliotis discus hannai, Haliotis iris and their hybrid abalone were studied, the total reducing power, O-2· and ·OH radical scavenging rate and changes of MDA、SOD and GSH-PX of induced aging mice by gavage collagen peptides were used to assess collagen peptides antioxidant activity. The results showed that the collagen of H. discus hannai, H. iris and their hybrid accounted for 23.44%, 30.78% and 26.92% of the total protein content, respectively. H. discus hannai and the hybrid abalone contained α1, α2, β and γ chains, but H. iris did not contain γ chains. All three collagen peptides showed high level of reducing power as well as O-2· and ·OH radical scavenging ability. IC50 values of O-2·radical scavenging were 3.03, 2.40 and 1.15 g/L respectively, and IC50 values of ·OH radical scavenging were 4.12, 3.58 and 3.70 g/L respectively. After the three peptides were gavaged to induced aging mices, the MDA content of liver and serum decreased and SOD content and GSH-PX activity increased. The hybrid abalone was the strongest in reducing MDA content and strengthening GSH-PX activity while H. iris was the most effective in increasing SOD.

    β-galactosidase has both activities to hydrolyze lactose into galactose /glucose and to polymerize a couple of galactoses into oligo-galactose. These two β-galactosidase activities have application potential in manufactory industries. By exploiting site mutation technique, a mutant N415S(Asn was replaced by Ser)of thermo-stable β-galactosidase(Pyrococcus furiosus DSM 3638)was obtained. The mutant cDNA was cloned into yeast expression vector, and a yeast expression cell strain was selected to express the mutant enzyme protein. By fermentation, we obtained a product of this mutant enzyme. We further characterized the mutant enzyme, and found that the optimum pH is 5.5, the optimum temperature is 95 ℃. The enzyme activity of this mutant to hydrolyze lactose is much better than that of the wild type(WT); while the enzyme activity to polymerize galactose into oligomer is better that that of the wild type, but not so good as expected for industry application. This mutant will be useful for milk treatment to largely reduce the content of lactose.

    In order to discover the relationships between thermodynamic properties and molecular descriptors, the thermodynamic properties of 60 resveratrol analogues, such as the mean polarizability ), the standard molar enthalpy of formation(HΘ), the thermal energy(EΘ), the molar heat capacity under constant volume(CΘV)and the standard molar entropy(SΘ), were investigated in this work, and the molecular descriptors, the topological indexes of principal quantum number(0P2,0P4,0P3')and the sum of them(∑0P), were calculated. With less variables, the sum of topological indexes of principal quantum number(∑0P)was confirmed as the base variable for the models through comparative analysis. Base on the characteristics of sine series, the series sin(k∑0P)(where k=1, 2, 3, …)were incorporated into the models to eliminate the residuals. Reducing the multicollinearity among independents and seeking less variables, the quantitative structure-property relationship(QSPR)models of thermodynamic properties were established with the max adjusted coefficient of determination(R2adj)as the destination. The results showed that it was successful to eliminate the residuals and improved the predictabilities by introducing sin(5∑0P)and sin(8∑0P)into the models. And all the correlation coefficients are larger than 0.99, even reach 1. The leave one out cross validation method was adopted to test the stability, and the prediction ability of each model was tested by 7 resveratrol analogues(not in samples), and both results showed quite satisfactory. It has been demonstrated that the quantitative structure-property relationship(QSPR)models have satisfactory stability and good predictability.

    Using divinyltetramethyldisiloxane(MMVi)as the starting materials, a series of functionalized disiloxanes(S1-S4)have been synthesized between MMVi and four types of thiols(propanethiol, mercaptoacetic acid, thiohydracrylic acid, and methyl 3-mercaptopropionate)via facile thiol-ene “click” reaction and characterized by NMR(1H, 13C)and mass spectroscopy. Their luminescent properties were characterized by Fluorescence Spectrometer and show strong and narrow emission peak, which means these compounds could be applied in optical devices.

    In order to consider the effect of fluid-structure coupling in lumbar disc, based on Biot theory, a finite element model of L3/L4 segment of normal human lumbar intervertebral disc was created. The mechanics responses of intervertebral disc under different loads were analyzed, the distribution and the comparison curves of pressure and stress of the different parts of the intervertebral disc were obtained. The results showed that outer annulus pressure was about 15% that of the inner layer and the outer maximum stress was about 4.3 times that of nucleus pulposus under axial compressed load; pressure increased linearly with the axial load increased at the same rates and stress increased at the different rates; the outer annulus stress increased the most obvious. When axial compressed and torsion loads were combined, the holistic annulus stress level was the largest and easiest to break.

    The Hamilton canonical equations is built for elastic medium. Taking the acoustic medium as a special kind of elastic medium, the acoustic wave equation can be derivate from elastic Hamilton canonical equations. The symplectic geometric algorithm with leapfrog schemes can be obtained with the Hamiltonian of acoustic wave equation. The symplectic geometric algorithm of acoustic wave equation can be applied for 2D seismic wave fields numerical modeling. Comparing with the conventional finite differences algorithm, the results indicated that the symplectic geometric algorithm is more advantageous in seismic wave fields numerical modeling.

    An SAIS model on overlay network is established. Using the Taylors formula and Matrix theory, the expression of the second threshold of infection strength is obtained. Furthermore, by comparing the numerical simulations and stochastic simulations it can be found that the dissemination of information inhibits the epidemic spreading, and the alertness of recovery increases the second epidemic threshold of infection strength, also effectively reduces the infection size.

    We consider a diffusive predator-prey model with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response. First, the local and global asymptotic stabilities of the nonnegative equilibrium point of weakly coupled reaction-diffusion system are obtained by linearization and constructing Lyapunov function. Secondly, the effect of cross-diffusion coefficient on the stability of the nonnegative equilibrium point is discussed. The results show that cross-diffusion can induce Turing unstable region.

    Based on the fact that the set of all separable states is a convex-closed set, it is proved that the infimum in the definition of the generalized robustness of entanglement(GRoE)can be attained; second, it is illustrated that a convex combination of two generalized optimal states of a state is still a generalized optimal state and the GRoE is a lower semi-continuous function on the set of all quantum states of a mult-partite system; lastly, necessary and sufficient conditions for a quantum channel to decrease(resp. increase, maintain)the GRoE of all quantum states were obtained. Final, as applications, some existing results were derived.
