Considering the cost of emergency resource scheduling in emergencies supply chain, it is necessary to minimize the scheduling cost on the basis of satisfying the demand of each disaster point. This paper considers the changes in costs due to the impact of risk variables on the choice of transportation and the cost changes caused by material losses during transport. Based on a series of model assumptions and definitions, a theoretical model of emergency resource dispatching process based on multi-hazard points was constructed. The problem was solved by the stochastic simulation combined with Particle Swarm Optimization based on Bacterial Chemotaxis(PSOBC)and achieved the minimum cost of the target. Finally, a numerical example was given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.

To study the problem of a green supply chain with uncertain demand, the game models of the green supply chain considering only retailers fairness concern, only retailers risk aversion and both fairness concern and risk aversion were constructed. The impact of retailers fairness concern and risk aversion on the optimal decisions of manufacturer and retailer as well as the overall optimal decisions of the green supply chain are studied. The results show that retailers fair concerns and risk aversion influent the optimal decisions of the green supply chain comparing with those of fair neutral and risk neutral retail. The optimal decisions, expected profits and overall profit of the green supply chain change accordingly to the degree of retailers fairness concern and risk aversion, and the trends under the various green efficiency are different.

The pricing of three risk-averse dual-channel supply chains was studied. The impact of risk aversion coefficient and traditional channel sales cost on each decision variable was discussed, and the pricing strategies between different types of dual channels was compared. The results show that the risk aversion coefficient of manufacturers and retailers and sales cost of traditional channels have different effects on the optimal decision variables and market demand. Manufacturers should give priority to the vertically integrated dual-channel structure.

To analyze the effect of altruism behavior of supply chain members on decision-making and profits of low-carbon supply chain, a two stage supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer was considered. We developed decision-making models under completely selfish preference, retailers’ altruism and manufacturers’ altruism and analyzed the impacts of altruism preferences and social responsibility effect on profits. It is shown that when the altruistic preferences of retailer is low enough, retailer is willing to cooperate with the selfish manufacturers. Either manufacturers or retailers are altruistic, manufacturers will invest in emission reduction and social responsibility so as to improve the rate of carbon reduction and the level of social responsibility performance. In addition, it can be found that altruism behavior of supply chain members can lead to altruism effect, but can not achieve the dual effects of altruism; and the impact of social responsibility on profits depends on the altruism preference.

We studies a supply chain that consists of one supplier, one E-business firm under C2B mode and one traditional firm existing horizontal price competition, and analyzes the equilibrium in four different scenarios including centralized decision, decentralized decision, C2B dominant decision and traditional firm dominant decision. The influence of some important parameters, such as cross-price coefficients, customize product effort coefficients, etc., on the customize product effort of E-business firm under C2B mode, retail price and supply chain profit is discussed. It shows that with the improvement of cross-price coefficients, the E-business firm under C2B mode will enhance effort to customize product to get higher profits. Furthermore, the E-business firm under C2B mode should not compete with the traditional firm as a leader, but as a follower to use its advantage of personalized customization to gain more profits.

According to the prepayment financing model, this paper establishes a bilayer structure that contains manufacturers(M)and retailers(R)and does not consider the defective product rate, inventory cost and financing cycle length. Under the conditions of uncertainty of market demand and insufficient retailers’ funds, the two retailers’ decision of financing and ordering on whether financial institutions set loan limits or not were studied. By means of numerical analysis, we verify the financing can increase the revenue of the retailer and the supplier in the case of retailers continue to accumulate their own funds, and the total supply chain product can achieve the optimum yield as soon as possible to meet the consumer’ demand effectively.

The rapid increase of carbon emissions has brought serious environmental problems and restricted the sustainable development of the economy and society. The use of market mechanism to achieve emission reduction has become the main control path of carbon emissions. With the continuous development of carbon market at home and abroad, foreign carbon futures market will inevitably affect the price formation mechanism of the domestic carbon spot market, and the specific interaction between them is of great importance for rational investment and risk aversion. We selected the data between December 2013 and October 2017 from the international carbon futures price and the domestic price of carbon, VAR model is constructed on the basis of cointegration and Granger causality test, and use the impulse response function and variance decomposition to analyze the mutual influence between the international carbon futures price and domestic carbon price. The results show that there is a long-term stable relationship between international carbon futures price and domestic carbon price, showing a significant one-way causality. Due to the lacks of pricing power, the domestic carbon market has a weak influence on the international carbon futures market and is in a passive position.

Investment in science and technology is an important source of output of science and technology. In recent years, all areas with developed science and technology in our country have consistently maintained a high intensity of investment in science and technology. However, the role of science and technology in promoting scientific and technological output depends not only on the amount of investment in science and technology, but also on the timing and direction of investment in science and technology. In order to more effectively analyze the effect of science and technology investment on science and technology output in Qingdao, it is necessary to dynamically and quantitatively analyze the impact of science and technology input on science and technology output. Considering the lag effect of input and output, the VAR model is used to select the scientific indicators, and the results are analyzed by stationary test, Granger causality test, Johansen test impulse response function and variance decomposition using science and technology data in Qingdao from 2004 to 2015. The results show that in the stage of knowledge transformation, the time lag of science and technology input to output is two years, and the time lag is 0.5 years in the transformation stage of transformation. Science and technology investment and technology output influence each other. R&D full time staff impacts science and technology output significantly.

A dynamic combination evaluation method was proposed in order to get rid of the inconsistency among evaluation results from different dynamic evaluation methods. The Football dynamic combination evaluation method was put forward. The “excellent” and “inferior” scores were scored by the results of the evaluation methods of the compatible dynamic method. According to the total score to sort out the final evaluation conclusion, the conclusion compared with the comprehensive evaluation method has a good consistency. As an instance, the evaluation shows that the findings of this work are practically effective.
