Abstract: Using divinyltetramethyldisiloxane(MMVi)as the starting materials, a series of functionalized disiloxanes(S1-S4)have been synthesized between MMVi and four types of thiols(propanethiol, mercaptoacetic acid, thiohydracrylic acid, and methyl 3-mercaptopropionate)via facile thiol-ene “click” reaction and characterized by NMR(1H, 13C)and mass spectroscopy. Their luminescent properties were characterized by Fluorescence Spectrometer and show strong and narrow emission peak, which means these compounds could be applied in optical devices.

Key words: thiol-ene “click” reaction, sulphur-functionalized disiloxanes, luminescent properties
