Abstract: Let S be a monoid and ρ be a right congruence on S, S/ρ be a cyclic right S-act. The homological classification problem of cyclic right S-acts satisfying condition(P')with respect to condition(P), condition(PF″), weakly pullback flat, strong flat and projective properties are discussed.
