    Preparation and characterization of a novel acellular porcine cornea stromata carrier scaffold

    To obtain a satisfied carrier scaffold from xenogeneic corneal stroma for corneal tissue engineering, a novel technique using detergents of sodium deoxycholate(SD)and sodium orthovanadate(SO)was established to prepare an acellular porcine cornea stromata(aPCS)scaffold from fresh porcine cornea, and characterize its essential property for the first time in this study. The anterior lamella, 450 mm in thickness and sliced off from each cornea of fresh porcine eyeballs using a microkeratome, was decellularized with SD combined with SO, sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS), and Triton X-100, and three kinds of aPCS scaffolds, ie SD-aPCS, SDS-aPCS and Triton-aPCS, were obtained, respectively. The physichemical property and histological structure of them was evaluated by light microscopy, spectrophotometer, paraffin section with hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining, and frozen section with DAPI staining, and alcian blue staining, respectively. The ultrastructure of the SD-aPCS scaffold was verified by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) 山 东 大 学 学 报 (理 学 版)第52卷 - 第5期樊廷俊,等:一种新型脱细胞猪角膜基质载体支架的制备及其鉴定研究 \=-and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and their cytotoxicity and biocompatibility to non-transfected human corneal stromal(ntHCS)cells was evaluated by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT), HE staining, DiI-fluorescence observation, and immunocytofluorescent staining. The results showed that the dry weight and water content of the three kinds of aPCS scaffolds had no significant difference, their innate cells were removed, and all of them were completely decellularized. Among them, the SD-aPCS scaffold had the highest transparency and glycosaminoglycan(GAG)content, followed by the SDS-aPCS and Triton-aPCS scaffold successively. In addition to the obvious disorder of the Triton-aPCS scaffold, the histological structure of SD-aPCS and SDS-aPCS scaffolds was very regular. Furthermore, the surface of Bowmens membrane of the SD-aPCS scaffold was smooth and no cracks were found, and the orientation and arrangement of collagen fiber were normal in ultrastructure. SD-aPCS scaffold had no cytotoxicity to ntHCS cells, and the cells injected into the scaffold could adhere tightly to collagen fibers, and spread and immigrated within scaffold lamella with the time of in vitro culture. These cells still maintained the positive expression pattern of the marker protein of vimentin, the cell junction proteins of integrin β1 and connextin-43, and the membrane transport protein of Na+-K+ pump. In conclusion, the SD-aPCS scaffold prepared by SD and SO detergents, with ideal physichemical property, histological structure and biocompatibility, could be used as an ideal scaffold in the in vitro construction of tissue engineered cornea and other related application researches.

    We propose a new mathematical model with two different incidence rates and double epidemic hypothesis. By the Lyapunov function and Itôs formula, we explore and obtain the threshold of a stochastic SIS system for the extinction and thepermanence in mean of two epidemic diseases. The results show that not only a large stochastic disturbance but also a small stochastic disturbance can cause infectious diseases to go to extinction.

    CeO2 and γ-Al2O3-supported core-shell Ag-Ru and hollow Ru nanoparticles are prepared by a seed-mediated growth method and an appropriate post-treatment. The catalytic tests of benzene oxidation show that the core-shell Ag-Ru nanoparticles have better activities than those of hollow Ru nanostructures. In specific, the core-shell Ag-Ru nanoparticles supported on CeO2 substrates have T20 and T90 as low as 153.8 ℃ and 170.4 ℃, respectively. The XPS and H2-TPR analyses confirm that the core-shell Ag-Ru nanoparticles have more metallic Ru component in their particle surface, which may account for the high performance for oxidation of benzene.

    This paper proposes an environment-friendly industrial route of fossil fuel. Fossil fuels are converted into CO2 and H2 in certain technological conditions, and CO2 is converted into triazinetriol, the rest of H2 is used to generate power, which is an environment-friendly energy industrial route of fossil fuel. Triazinetriol continues to be synthetized polymer materials which are an environment-friendly material industrial route of fossil fuel. We expound the key technology and analyze the advantages of this industrial line from the energy consumption and the product application. It is concluded that this industrial line regulates carbon dioxide emission from the source, and at the same time realizes the fossil fuel environment-friendly industrial route.

    In order to study the effects of loading conditions on the creep properties of lumbar disc, considering different compression stress and loading rate, creep experiments with fresh porcine lumbar intervertebral disc were implemented by an optimized digital image correlation(DIC)technique. The creep constitutive model was established. The results show that creep curves of the intervertebral disc showed exponential rule change under the compression stress; creep strain increased with the increase of stress as the same loading rate; the larger the loading rate, the smaller the creep strain under the same stress. The constitutive equation of intervertebral disc established by using three-parameter viscoelastic model had good correlation with the experimental results. It can predict the creep properties of intervertebral disc. The research results provide a theoretical basis for further study of viscoelastic properties of human intervertebral disc in clinical.

    To study the strain distribution of the micro-defect cartilage under rolling load and to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation. The strain around the defect were compared and analyzed with the methods of experiment and finite element simulation. Compared to other location, it was observed that the strain around the defect was larger, but the strain away from the defect was evenly distributed. Comparing the strain curve of experiment and simulation, it could be found the results were basically consistent regardless of in surface or bottom of the defect. The defect had distinct effects on mechanical properties of the cartilage under rolling load, and simulation results were approximately consistent with the experiment, meanwhile, it also made the reliability of simulation data demonstrated.

    To analyze the statistical characteristic of Chinese stock market, we setting a series of time windows to construct dynamic correlation networks, through distance matrix, MST and threshold method to divert dynamic correlation networks and construct sequences of statistics of networks, and relations between each statistics are analyzed in this paper. According to the conclusion, the return of SSE Composite Index has negative effect on clustering coefficient and positive effect on average shortest path of correlation networks. Clustering coefficient of correlation network has positive effect on network synchronization while average shortest path has negative effect on network synchronization.

    Based on the modern risk model based on the policy entry process, this paper describes the surplus process of the insurance company, and proves that the risk process can be approximated to the diffusion process with time-varying drift rate by using the martingale central limit theorem. On this basis, it is assumed that the insurers buy a fixed proportion of reinsurance and invest in the Black-Scholes financial market and study the investment decision-making problem that minimizes the probability of ruin. The explicit expression of the optimal strategy and the value function is obtained by using the dynamic programming principle.

    The decision makers inequity aversion behavior was embedded into the supply chain network equilibrium problems. The supply chain network was composed of many equity-neutral manufacturers, inequity-averse retailers and demand markets. Based on the inequity aversion theory, the retailers utility function was established, and the equilibrium conditions of all decision-makers and the supply chain network were modeled based on the variational inequality and the complementary theory. The results show that the utility of the retailer, who has advantageous or disadvantageous inequity-averse behavior, is lower than that of the equity-neutral retailer. Moreover, the transaction quantity and the utility of the retailer both decrease with the increase of the inequity-averse coefficient. Finally, numerical examples are solved to prove the above conclusions.

    A single particle rolling experiment was carried out on a slope with 100 steps. The relationship between the ball stop position and the size of the ball, the initial velocity and the step parameters were studied by statistical method. The equations of motion were described. And the semi-quantitative relationship between the rolling behavior of the object and the object scale, the initial velocity of the movement, the resistance coefficient and the rolling friction resistance was discussed. According to the statistical method, the corresponding fitting parameters are given and discussed according to the computer simulation experiment. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment.

    Location based service brings the challenging problem of privacy leakage. The method proposes a parameterized location privacy protection method based on two-level anonymity for the problem. The system applies the k-anonymity and differential privacy methods with customized protection level for different users. This method selects the k-1 anonymous coordinates from the set, which achieves the best probability likelihood of the request, using location entropy based k-anonymity algorithm according to users’ protection level. Moreover, the system propose a differential privacy based method to generate a dummy position which is indistinguishable and in proper distance with the real position. The experiment results show that our method can protect users’ privacy as well as preserving the accuracy of location based service.

    An efficient identity-based encryption scheme is constructed by efficient trapdoor generation algorithm. The security of the scheme can be reduced to the standard LWE problem, which greatly reduces the lattic security dimension and reduces the key scale and computational complexity. In order to convert single-identity-based FHE scheme, the approximate singular vectors, original image matrix and sub Gaussian variable were utilized. Whats more, the noise expansion rate is reduced from O(n) to O(n0.5). Finally, we took advantage of extended cipher in conjunction with the masking scheme to construct an efficient multi-identity-based fully homomorphic encryption scheme.

    Based on the d-function, two kinds of methods for constructing FH sequences with the optimal period partially Hamming correlation are proposed. The results show that the frequency hopping sequence are optimal for any correlation window length.

    Considering that the monitoring data was heterogeneous, large in amount, time-ordered and of great redundancy; a method to store heterogeneous monitoring data was proposed. This method was based on anti-normalization. It adapted united data organization manner to make source data compatible. At the same time, through a combination of mechanisms like label separation, data compression, caching and index, it can also realized the high-efficiency storage of monitoring data, increased the utilization of storage space, enhanced the scalability of data, simplified the data management and reduced the development and maintenance cost of data. The results of experiment showed that this method could satisfy the actual application requirement of high-efficiency write, real-time update and quick query of monitoring data in cloud platform.
