The trust assessment is the core content of the trust management model based on the behavior. In order to complete the evidence sources of the trust assessment, a trust assessment model based on multi-dimensional evidence was proposed by using the trust management thinking. And this model introduces information on operating behaviors level of the main network into the traditional trust assessment model which only considerates feedback information of transaction, and computes trust based on multi-dimensional evidence sources on feedback information of transaction and network operating behaviors level, and extends the evidence source, and overcomes the defect when trust is assessed only according to a single type of evidence source. In addition, the application of the improved DS evidence to synthesize multi-dimensional evidences can solve the problem of uncertainty of evidences.

Based on three attacking targets of software, the role of each API security attribute was analyzed and the attributes set was collected. The attacking features (i.e. presence state and extracting ways) of each attribute were analyzed, based on which a method of concealing API security attributes was proposed. This method makes security attributes exist in a more subtle way. So it increases the difficulty of extracting them for attackers. In the end, experiments from two aspects: security effect and performance cost were conducted. And the experiment results show that the method can resist the API static security attributes of the acquisition. To a certain extent, it can also increase the difficulty of the dynamic acquisition without causing a great influence on the system performance.

Due to popularity and flexibility of social media, more increasingly created words were used to express people's feelings and attitudes. New word detection and sentiment orientation has become a hot issue in Micro-blog analysis. The methods and techniques used in Task 3 of COAE 2014 were introduced. Generalized suffix tree was employed in string extraction, which was determined as new words with metrics like left-right-flexibility of words etc. Then, with pattern-based and statistic-based methods combined with multiple lexicons, sentiment orientation of new words was decided. Search engine was also used to optimize result as a supplement from semantic perspective. Results have shown our methods effective in new word detection and sentiment orientation analysis.

Corpora are fundamental to natural language processing(NLP) and corpus annotation quality influences the performance of the systems based on supervised machine learning approaches. Aiming at Chinese treebank, an approach was proposed to find potential errors based on inconsistencies. Inconsistencies were detected with two strategies: one uses similar internal structure and suspicious degree, the other uses the annotation guideline to check those annotations, which don't meet the definitions of the guideline. Experimental results show that there are some annotation errors in the inconsistencies.

Information retrieval systems need to consider both aspects of relevance and diversity for those retrieved documents. To solve the problem of search result diversification, a different perspective was adopted to solve the problem based on a discussion of the application of data fusion method in the search result diversification. Especially for the linear combination method, the weight allocation strategy for component systems was reexamined. Both the effectiveness of component retrieval systems and the dissimilarity of them were concerned, and a simple and convenient method for calculating the dissimilarity was put forward, based on set covering rate. Thereby a linear combination method with such weighting assignment can improve the performance of results in the diversity. Experiments were carried out with 3 groups of top-ranked results submitted to the TREC web diversity task. The result of experiments shows that data fusion is still a useful approach to performance improvement for diversity as for relevance previously.

Yki, an important co-transcription factor, regulates the expression of downstream target genes of the hippo pathway. Yki is known to be important for development, growth, organogenesis and maintenance of adult stem cells. Slimb as a substrate specificity subunit of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase promotes proteins for degradation in the drosophila. In this paper, we found that Slimb degraded Yki by the ubiquitination and the co-immunoprecipitation indicated that Slimb interacted with Yki in vitro. Furthermore, we found that co-overexpression with Slimb caused mostly suppressed Yki wing phenotype and knockdown of Slimb enhanced overexpression with Yki eye phenotype. These results suggested that Slimb as a subunit of the E3 ubiquitin ligase regulated the stability of Yki and provided an important significance in the regulating tissue growth and development of hippo pathway.

Genetic diversities of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) D-loop and maternal origin of northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus were investigated. Thirty 519 bp mtDNA D-loop sequences were analyzed by PCR and sequencing techniques, and the phylogenetic trees were constructed based on the mtDNA D-loop sequences of northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus samples and other wolves D-loop sequence available from NCBI. There were 7 unique haplotypes with 29 polymorphic sites in northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus, which account for 4.9% of 519 bp sequence analyzed. The haplotype diversity(h) and nucleotide diversity(π) were 0.952±0.096 and 0.011 60±0.006 46, respectively. Moreover, northwestern Mongolian Canis lupus distributed in two branches, and are closely related to Xinjiang of China, Inner Mongolia of China, whereas they are less related to Qinghai of China, Tibet of China, and the Himalayan population. The northwest Mongolia Canis lupus have rather abundant genetic diversity and were greatly affected by other Canis lupus species in history. Qinghai of China, Tibet of China, and the Himalayan Canis lupus should belong to a group.

A novel alpha-galactosidase encoded by agaP1 gene was amplilfied in the genome of Paenibacillus sp. K1 by CODEHOP PCR and Anchor-ligated PCR techniques. It was 2 190 bp in size and composed of 729 amino acid residues with 82.7 ku of predicted molecular weight, and pI 5.16. The AgaP1 was expressed in E.coli Origami B (DE3) and purified with His-tag chromatography column. The enzymic properties of alpha-galactosidase AgaP1 was analysized and showed optimum temperature of 40 ℃, optimal pH of 6.5-10, Km 0.75 mmol/L and Vmax 1.96 μmol·min-1·mg-1. The AgaP1 activity could be improved one to three folds by Fe2+, Mg2+, Ca2+, K+ and glycerol, whereas Cu2+, Zn2+, Fe3+ and glutathione could completely inhibit the AgaP1 activity. SDS-PAGE revealed a single band of 80 ku, consistant with the predicted size, while two bands of 150 ku and 440 ku was observed on the native-PAGE gel, corresponding to two and six oligomers of AgaP1. All of these results suggested that the AgaP1 produced by Paenibacillus sp. K1 was a novel alpha-galactosidase with the highest enzymic activity at low temperature.

Several spectroscopic methods were used to study the interaction between nC60 nanoparticles and bovine hemoglobin. The nC60 nanoparticles dispersion in water was prepared by solvent replacement method and characterized using UV-Vis spectrometry, dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. The interaction between nC60 and bovine hemoglobin was investigated by UV-Vis spectrometry, fluorescence spectroscopy and synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The result indicated that the UV-Visible absorption spectrum of bovine hemoglobin was changed to some extent by nC60 nanoparticles. The intrinsic fluorescence of bovine hemoglobin could be quenched by nC60 and the maximum emission wavelength showed obvious blue-shift. With the increasing concentrations of nC60, the synchronous fluorescence intensity of tyrosine and tryptophan residues decreased gradually, and the fluorescence peak of tyrosine residues exhibited a blue shift while the fluorescence peak of tryptophan residues remained unchanged. The research showed that the binding of nC60to bovine hemoglobin could cause the conformation change of bovine hemoglobin. The microenvironment polarity around tyrosine residues decreased, indicating the binding site of nC60 to bovine hemoglobin was located near tyrosine residues.

The dissociation dynamics of NaI molecule in femtosecond laser field has been investigated by employed the time-dependent quantum wave packet approach. Subjected to the influence of non-adiabatic effect, NaI molecule splits into two parts when the excited wave packet reaches to the crossing region RX. One part transfers to the ionic state V1, and another part on the repulsive state V2 will be dissociated into Na and I atoms. It is found that the dissociation probability depends on the velocity of the excited wave packet. And, its velocity can be altered by tuning the wavelength and width of laser field. Ultimately, it realizes the control of the dissociation dynamics of NaI molecule.

Self-assembly of 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) and trithiocyanuric acid (ttcH3) with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O affords a new coordination polymer {[Mn(ttcH2)2(bpy)]·bpy}n. Single-crystal X-ray analysis indicates that complex crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system, C2/c space group. The Mn atom is coordinated by two pairs of S and N atoms from two ttcH2-anions, and two N atoms from two 4,4'-bpy ligands. The adjacent Mn(Ⅱ) centers are extended to afford a one-dimensional (1D) polymeric chain via the bridging of bpy ligands. These 1D chains are connected to a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular network via various hydrogen bonds.

The conductive polyester (PET) slice was synthesized by in situ polymerization. Hydrochloric acid was used as the doping agent and ammonium persulfate (APS) was used as the oxidizing agent. The PET substrate was pretreated with concentrated sulfuric acid before aniline polymerization for the purpose of improving the adsorbance and adhesion of polyaniline (PANI) coating on the PET substrate. The changes of wettability, chemical composition and morphology of the PET after acid treatment was characterized by contact angle goniometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The weighting method according to the weight change of the PET substrate after aniline polymerization was used to assess the capacity of PANI grafting on the PET slice. The washing fastness of PANI on PET can be evaluated by the changes of conductivity and colour after washing with 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The conductivity of the samples was performed with a four-point probe conductivity tester. The experimental results indicated that when the PET was treated with acid solution, the PET macromolecular chain was broken and the functional groups were formed, so the wettability, the polar groups and the roughness of PET surface was increase, which was helpful to increase the adsorbance of PANI and enhance the interaction of PANI and PET. The conductive PET prepared by this method is expected to be directly used as the conductive device, which can improve the processability of PANI in a certain extent.

This paper developed a green coordination modulation method to synthesize hierarchical lanthanide coordination polymers Eu(BTC)(H2O)6. Ethanol and alkaline additives instead of conventional toxic solvents DMF were used as organic solvent and modulator respectively. The role of alkaline additives (sodium acetate and sodium formate) in tailoring the crystal morphology is related to its basicity (increase nucleation rate) and capping groups (COO-) (prevent crystallites from growing). Various morphologies of Eu(BTC)(H2O)6 crystals were obtained, including cross-flowerlike crystals, wheat-like crystals, twist-like crystals, flowerlike crystals, straw-sheaflike crystals and unorganized straw-sheaflike crystals. These crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, FT-IR and TGA to determine their structure, morphology and chemical composition.

In order to study solute transport behavior of articular cartilage under rolling-compressing load, mature pig articular cartilages were marked by Fluorescein isothiocyanate-Dextran, their solute fluorescence intensity change with time and cartilage depth was observed under rolling-compressing load and static state respectively. The changing laws of relative concentration and diffusivity were obtained. The results show that solute relative concentration under rolling-compressing load (sample B) is larger than that under static state (sample A), and average maximum is 62.4% difference. Relative concentration in transitional and deep layers of sample B increases more significantly than that of sample A with time increasing. Diffusivity of sample B is larger than that of sample A, and average maximum is 93% difference. Diffusivity in transitional and deep layer of sample B increases more conspicuously than that of sample A with time increasing. So rolling-compressing load can promote solute transport, and improve solute diffusivity in articular cartilage, especially in transitional and deep layers.

In order to study the process and law of solute diffusion in articular cartilage under compression loading, triphasic constitutive relation was converted into a biphasic equation and the finite element method of heat transfer was applied to simulate the solute diffusion under compression loading. The effects of dynamic compression amplitude and frequency on solute diffusion were analyzed. Solute concentration distribution and curves with time and locations in cartilage were obtained. The results show that solute diffusion is easier under static compression than that of dynamic compression with the same compression amplitude. Dynamic compression amplitude increase restrains solute diffusion; frequency increase is good for solute diffusion at the different layers inside the cartilage.
